From our modest beginnings at home base in Midhurst, Ontario, Canada in 1975 M E Audio Visual engineered their first lighting and sound system for a bar in Kitchener, Ontario. By 1984 because of continuing growth, we moved our operation into the ROXY THEATRE building in Barrie where we created one of the largest sound and lighting showrooms ever seen. Now from our present 6000 sq. ft. location at 59 Bell Farm Road, in Barrie, Ontario we continue to service the industry with Public Address, Intercom & Sound Equipment, Audio & Video Presentation Systems and Closed Circuit TV & Access Control. Many families have decided to keep their family entertainment at home. We can install a Custom Home Theatre into your home that provides the same feeling as found in your local Movie Theatre. The quality of the sound and picture puts the viewer right in the middle of the action. Put on a pair of shorts, heat up the popcorn, grab a drink and sit back in your recliner and enjoy what you rightly deserve. Privacy! We install Multi-Room Music Systems that can be controlled from the room you are in. With the increased use of Specialty Electronics and High-Speed Data Systems we continue to install and maintain Fibre Optic & Copper Structured Cabling Systems. Today M E Audio Visual has a full time staff of 8 and each member of our team has his or her own special talents to serve you better. This includes after hour's emergency service when required. M E Audio Visual has served such customers as The City of Barrie, Molson's Breweries, CFB Borden, Barrie Court House, Dana Canada, Royal Victoria Hospital, County of Simcoe and hundreds of other businesses as well as homeowners. Our rental and production service is always growing because pleasing the customer is our top priority. We do all the legwork to create just that right mood for your event. This means we supply the appropriate equipment for your audio and video presentation to any size group from 2 people up to groups of several thousand or more.
